Description of Practice
I serve Indiana residents as a mediator, an arbitrator, and an attorney with a diverse practice, including family, criminal, and CHINS cases. I am registered as a Domestic Relations Mediator (#24513-64) with the Indiana Supreme Court Registry. I have worked as an Arbitrator for the Allen Courts’ day-long Arbitration Days and as a Mediator for day-long Mediation Days, and serve as the director of the Allen County Courts’ Reduced Fee Mediation Days. I promote both arbitration and mediation in Indiana as effective forms of alternative dispute resolution. Collaborative Law is important to me in that it reduces negativity and promotes collaborative parenting.
