Training
Dates | Trainer(s) | Title |
12/05/11 | Schneider | Divorce Mediation Training - 80 hours |
08/12/12 | Williams | Child Access - 20 hours |
08/01.13 | Kardasis | Elder/Adult Family Mediation - 21 hours |
Approach
Ellen and Don believe that while identifying the positions is important, identifying the underlying issues are even more important. Without resolving the underlying issues, dispute can ultimately never completely be resolved. If children are involved, the family unit will always exist, i.e. the parents will attend graduations, weddings, births together. Resolution of the underlying issues will make those events easier for everyone in the family.
Fees
Fees are based on hourly charges for mediation sessions, communications with any attorneys, computation of financial aspects of the divorce, and writing of the Memorandum of Understanding.
Other Information
