I prefer an integrative, facilitative method, but am prepared to do whatever it takes to resolve a specific case, including evaluative and distributive mediation techniques as well as old-fashioned jawboning. Part of my job as a mediator is to enable parties to understand risks and costs of litigation as well as the broad possibilities offered by mediation as opposed to litigation.
For fees, contact my Case Manager, Michele Pfeiffer, at (800) 616-1202 x706.
In approaching family mediation, I prefer a very facilitative approach that aims to empower the parties to make the most capable decisions for themselves. I attempt to move position-based negotiations to those based upon underlying interests.
