Description of Practice

As a trained and experienced Collaborative Law practitioner, I believe Collaborative Law is the least harmful process for resolving family conflict. The collaborative experience lays the foundation for successful co-parenting by modeling healthy communication skills and problem solving technique. A collaborative divorce is private and confidential, generally less expensive, and generally less time consuming than the traditional court battle.
