Professional Background

Libby Morrison is the founder, owner, and sole proprietor of Phase Vision, a woman-owned mediation and facilitation firm in Washington, DC. She focuses on environmental conflict management and transformation, particularly with the mining industry.

She also specializes in athletic team conflict resolution and mediation and was a DI and DIII volleyball player. Libby has worked with athletic, workplace, and academic teams, been a small claims court mediator, and facilitated multi-day communication and conflict resolution workshops for diverse and international teams. Libby has also published a conflict assessment framework: The Phase-Vision Map, which she has successfully used with teams and stakeholders to better understand large, longstanding, and complex conflicts.
