Mediation coach for classes of Rule 31 mediation trainings since 2006; I have participated in over 2000 mediations as a mediator or an advocate in mediations; Over 400 hours of training and education in mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution, including 100 hours of training from the Harvard Law School Executive Education program and over 100 hours from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University; Certified Instructor of the Conflict Dynamic Profile (TM); Member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators, International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Dispute Resolution Resource Center.
