Description of Practice
Gabriela Stear, Esq., established South Denver Conflict Solutions, LLC after nearly a decade of legal practice, both in Florida and Colorado. As a former trial attorney, Gabriela understands the stress and expense that go hand in hand with litigation and personal conflict. Gabriela's no nonsense approach leads to effective, efficient and long-lasting solutions, which often allows parties to salvage the relationship. Gabriela earned her law degree in 2002 at the University of Miami School of Law and earned her Mediation Certificate from the University of Denver. She volunteers with the Jefferson County Mediation Services Office in the areas of Domestic Relations, HOA disputes, Small Claims and Domestic Violence/ other Protection Orders. She is a member of the Mediators Association of Colorado.
Gabriela has nearly a decade of extensive jury trial experience, both in Florida and Colorado, as well as five years of business management and employee conflict resolution experience. This background gives her a unique perspective into both Domestic Relations cases and Workplace mediation cases.
During that time, she was immersed in the many aspects of family conflict. She has also been the sole owner/manager of a small local business where she handled all aspects of employee, customer and landlord conflicts and disputes. Gabriela volunteers her time with the Jefferson County Mediation Services office where she mediates cases involving Domestic Relations, HOA, Small Claims and Custody. She also mediates with Find Solutions which handles citizen-police disputes, as well as community and organizational conflicts throughout Denver and neighboring cities.

Gabriela allows each party time and space to express their positions, and asks each party the hard questions to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of their positions. Gabriela is highly intuitive and mediates both high conflict disputes, as well as multi-party complex conflicts.
$180 per hour for Mediation Sessions; 2 hour minimum. $90 per hour/per party for Pre-Mediation Sessions
Gabriela is Argentine born and is a native Spanish speaker. Gabriela can mediate completely in Spanish.
