Fees

Prior to the first mediation session, we will reach out to all interested parties who are or should be involved in the decisions that your family or business will be making and to gather the facts and necessary to understand the basic circumstances of the conflict at hand. After evaluating your circumstances and personal dynamic, we will work with you to create a mediation plan suited to your family’s needs. provide you with access to trusted advisors whom you may decide to bring in to the room to help understand all salient facts that impact the resolution you seek. This may include, a financial analyst or CPA, real estate and business value appraiser, social worker, dementia planner, trust attorney, banker, and other professionals who may be able to efficiently inform you. We have half day and full day rates, depending on the number of parties involved in a mediation, and a basic per party administrative fee. We will customize the mediation for your situation and propose a rate that suits your situation
