Elizabeth Jennings is an experienced attorney and mediator. She works with all types of family structures in order to solve conflict peacefully. From divorce to post-judgement issues that arise such as child support, and parenting schedules. She walks the parties through the dissolution process without combative litigation. With over a decade of representing children, Elizabeth takes the "child first" approach to family issues.

Elizabeth has also had extensive training in landlord/tenant law and can successful negotiate all aspects of the process. From lease negotiations, to current landlord/tenant issues, to buyout's and the eviction process. Elizabeth can help the parties come to a resolution without litigation.

Professional Background

Attorney Elizabeth Jennings is a native to Fairfield County. After graduation from Quinnipiac School of Law in 2004 she was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar, (and later the United States Supreme Court and NY State Bar) She is also a certified Mediator.

As an Attorney, she opened the law office where she has a general practice that has been active in all area's of children's law, specifically advocating as Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) and Attorney for the Minor Child (AMC). Working in both CT and NYC as a Litigator, she works closely with self-represented parties as well as multiple state agencies.

As a Mediator, Elizabeth has been trained in the SONAR method of mediation. She has a general mediation practice which includes such areas as family disputes,landlord/tenant, workplace, elder, community, and education.
