Description of Practice

This Mediator is Certified
I am an experienced Collaborative Law Attorney, trained in 2010. I have successfully completed many Collaborative Divorce cases in the South Jersey area, with a focus on helping my clients resolve the legal issues, advocating my clients' interests in a fair and respectful manner, and completing the matter in a way that both parties are satisfied and can move forward with their lives.

I firmly believe in Collaborative Divorce and the benefits it offers to the parties and the family as a whole. It provides individual legal representation, helps the parties foster communication, allows them to decide together how they will resolve their issues, and it keeps the focus on resolving disputes so the parties may move forward with their lives. It also helps to reduce legal fees in many cases by providing the out-of-court settlement.

I appreciate the creativity and "outside the box" thinking that collaborative divorce offers, as changing times, family blends and situations often require creativity to achieve resolutions acceptable to both parties.

I am actively involved in the Collaborative Divorce professional community in New Jersey. I currently serve as Vice President of the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups and am a co-founder of that organization as well. I am a Co-Founder and Past-President of South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals. I am a strong advocate of continuing education for collaborative professionals.
