At Affirm Mediation our ultimate goal is to assist the parties in mediatio in crafting both economic and emotional resolutions in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Our objective is to provide an impartial, thoughtful and respectful environment in which each party is certain that they have been heard and understood by the other party.

We will always recognize that the mediation process belongs to the parties that we serve. We conduct the conflict resolution process in a format (facilitative, evaluative, or transformative) that is most productive in creating a platform for reaching agreements based on the nature and needs of the participants involved.

Professional Background

Mr. Perry Hubert has over 20 years of experience in mediation and deal collaboration. Mr. Hubert specializes in working with parties that need to have a mutually respectful ongoing working relationship. He works with businesses in acquisition and merger. He mediates cases in divorce, legal separation and parenting, business-to-business conflict, internal company disputes, real estate and construction.

In addition to his busy private practice, “giving back” is important at Affirm Mediation. Mr. Hubert also mediates cases for the City of Longmont Mediation Service, the Community Mediation Service of Boulder, and the Adams County Justice Center. He has also served as a Hearing Officer who arbitrates cases involving the Longmont Housing Authority and the Longmont Utility Billing Service.

Experience

Mr. Hubert is a member of the ADR section of the Boulder County Bar Association and has served as a faculty member at the Colorado Bar Association’s Annual Business Law Institute. Mr. Hubert has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver. He is an entrepreneur with a corporate business background and is well versed in management, negotiations, sales, and franchising.

Nationally known CDR Associates (Collaborative Decision Resources) often utilizes Mr. Hubert as a coach in their mediation process training courses. Mr. Hubert has also written and conducted a 40-hour conflict training course for the City of Longmont as well as coached in conflict resolution programs for the United States Drug Enforcement Agency, the Colorado Department of Agriculture and the Coors Brewing Company.

Degrees

Mr. Hubert received his Master of Business Administration Degree (M.B.A.) from the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver and prior to that his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse.
