Approach

I believe that in our hearts we all want to resolve conflict through dialog. We know that the court process pits us against each other and rarely results in a winner. Mediation avoids the polarization and posturing of the legal system and allows couples to make the most of their resources. By working together you can maintain control of the decision making process and craft agreements that serve your family. The marriage may be over, but parenting is forever. The less conflict between the two of you the better co-parents you can be and the less impacted your children will be by your divorce.
