Kim believes that a good mediator must exhibit excellent listening skills, innovative approaches to alternatives, and a strong touch of reality to bring parties closer to seeing the persepective of the other. This encourages a shift in direction which leads to a satisfactory resolution for all parties. Based upon years of experience and extensive involvement with people-oriented cases (divorce, elder, Condominium Owners' disputes, Foreclosure and even criminal)Kim is particularly effective in assisting with highly emotional conflicts. Individual participants, lawyers and even claims adjusters have requested for Kim to mediate their cases which require a compassionate and practical approach.
