Facilitate resolution through interest based negotiation. Review as much information regarding the case as possible in advance. Start with joint session if warranted; if not, meeting with one side privately and go from there. Take parties through negotiation process. I do all I can to make it a comfortable, respectable and professional experience. Goal is to create a win-win resolution while each side realizes its individual interests.
