Description of Practice

Westside Family Law is a small mediation center where clients have the opportunity to involve a professional in their family law matter without spending exorbitant fees. As an attorney I can assist clients in filing out their forms, and I will prepare Judgments if requested.

Professional Background

I have practiced law in Oregon since 1993, specializing in domestic relations. I have been a mediator since 2003. My extensive mediation training allows me to offer mediation services in all areas of family law, including custody and parenting, property settlement, child and spousal support, domestic partnerships, premarital agreements, and elder care. I am the past Chair of the Clackamas County Commission on Children and Families and a former member of the board of Resolutions Northwest. I hold memberships in the Oregon Mediation Association, the Multnomah Bar Association, the Clackamas County Bar Association, and Oregon Women Lawyers. I am an arbitrator for both the Better Business Bureau and the Office of Vocational and Rehabilitation Services in the Department of Human Resources. I have volunteered for the Multnomah County Small Claims Mediation Program, the Clackamas County Victim-Offender Mediation program, and the Temporary Program of Attorney-Assisted Mediation for the Family Court in Multnomah County.
